Ingredients
- Soffriggere onion
- Olive oil
- Radicchio
- 1/4 cup red wine
- Salt to taste
Preparation
For the “sauce” (actually more of a condiment): Use your wide pan: soffriggere onion (even a red onion is okay here) in olive oil, wash, dry and chop into bite size pieces the radicchio and add to the onion with ¼ cup red wine and salt to taste. Cook until “done”. You can use this mixture to make lasagna too - Really good!!!
