Ingredients
- Parmigiano/cheddar
- Eggs
- Bread crumbs
- Minced parsley
- Garlic
- Oil
Preparation
Break the eggs into a mixing bowl, beat and blend in the cheese. Add bread crumbs ( and the parsley & garlic) until you get a soft batter. Let rest for 15 minutes. Make oblong croquettes (use the two tablespoon technique) and fry in hot oil.
