Ingredients

  • Red bell peppers
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil

Preparation

How about 10 (or so) red bell peppers. Grill them until the skins  burn, then put into a paper sack. After they've cooled peel them &  take the seeds out. Try not to loose all of the juice they make. Put all of the peeled peppers into your blender with a piece of garlic &  some olive oil. salt to taste. Use this as a pasta sauce.
