Ingredients

  • Fist of fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts/crushed walnuts
  • 1 fat diente garlic
  • grated peccorino

Preparation

Put in blender and begin to spin adding a thread of olive oil until you get the right texture. Use a bit on your green salad, just add a bit of balsamico. Or, use it on baked mushrooms.
